Customer Experience Assistant (Intern)

Global Fashion Agenda is looking for a motivated intern to join our team. The internship is full-time from January until June 2025

Assignments:

As a Customer Experience Intern with Global Fashion Agenda, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of the Global Fashion Summit within the Production and Content teams. Your role will focus on delivering an outstanding attendee experience, supporting event growth, and utilizing data for decision-making and performance tracking. This dynamic internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational aspects of the summit, providing hands-on experience at the intersection of fashion and sustainability.

As Customer Experience Assistant you will work with tasks involving:

Tickets and Customer Service

  • Assist with ticket sales strategy and attendee registration processes for the Global Fashion Summit
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and provide timely and effective support (via the service email) to enhance the overall attendee experience before, during, and after the summit
  • Collect registration data and analytics related to ticket sales and generate weekly update reports
  • Oversee guest lists for VIPs and other side events associated with the summit
  • Create and manage resources regarding GFS attendees including manuals, event survey, etc.
  • Undertake ad hoc responsibilities and provide internal administrative support as needed
  • Support with the Official Summit App

 

Program support

  • Manage the distribution of detailed speaker packages, including schedules, travel information, and other event expectations
  • Ensure briefing documents are updated and customized according to individual speaker requirements
  • Coordinate with digital, design, and content teams to update platforms with the latest session details and speaker profiles

What we expect of you

  • You are a student at a higher educational institution with an interest in developing your professional skills through practical experience
  • Preferably have a background in communication, customer service, stakeholder management or similar
  • Very strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Excel and basic data analysis
  • Are outgoing and service-minded, have a high-spirited work attitude, and embrace challenges with a positive mind
  • Have a confident and proactive work ethic and take on responsibility for assignments
  • Can adapt to different work situations and open to work flexible hours
  • Care about sustainability as a successful business driver
