Multimedia Coordinator

Global Fashion Agenda is looking for an enthusiastic and highly creative full-time Multimedia Coordinator to support the communications team.

Job Description

You will assist the Communications team which is responsible for communicating all Global Fashion Agenda initiatives, including its thought leadership publications, impact initiatives and the leading international event on sustainability in fashion, Global Fashion Summit. As Multimedia Coordinator, you will have a specific focus on supporting the design and creation of visual assets for Global Fashion Agenda’s events, social media platforms, website and reports.

Assignments

  • Support the Visual Communications Manager by translating visual concepts into practical design assets
  • Design graphics for GFA social media platforms
  • Create short-form informative and engaging videos to express key GFA messages and sustainability insights on digital platforms
  • Capture imagery and video content for GFA to use in its communications materials
  • Support the communications team in preparing for and coordinating compelling visual assets for Global Fashion Summit in Copenhagen, taking place from June 3–5, 2025
  • Lay out reports and interpret complex data into digestible infographics
  • Assist in the creation of visually engaging communications assets associated with GFA’s editorial and commercial activities (e.g. newsletters, invitations, presentations, advertisements, website elements)
  • Support the management of freelancers and agencies for special projects
  • Assist with the editing of podcasts and event video recordings
  • Support the team in any ad hoc duties and internal administration support

Attributes

  • 2+ years of working experience and a bachelor or master’s degree in a related field
  • Highly creative
  • Experience in translating company messaging into engaging video and static communication assets
  • Strong knowledge of core design and video tools including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, WordPress, Mailchimp, and CapCut / Premiere Pro
  • Skilled in content capture – photography and videography
  • Media-savvy, with a curiosity in the latest communications trends and audience behaviours
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and respond quickly to news/ trends
  • Extremely organised with high attention to detail and able to multi-task
  • Passion for sustainability communication
  • Flawless English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Can work under pressure and flexible hours
  • Can work independently and take on responsibility for assignments
  • A team player, pro-active, enthusiastic and sociable with a positive outlook
