To support the transition to a circular fashion system, Visa and GFA are supporting the next wave of creative entrepreneurs who are paving the way to a more regenerative fashion economy by making it easier, more rewarding, and more accessible for people and businesses to rethink living choices to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable future.
What will winners receive?
15 winners will be selected in total.
Of these winners:
- 10 will receive a share of EUR 50,000 to invest in their business.

Selection Process:
Applications will be shortlisted and reviewed by an esteemed Jury of industry experts.

- Be a creator, working in fashion upcycling, textiles, accessories/footwear, or apparel
- Have been registered as a business owner for at least one year
- Be headquartered in Europe and operate primarily within Europe
- Operate in a way that is in line with circular business activities — including Resell, Repair, Rental, Refill, Return and Redistribute
- Be available for the Global Fashion Summit on 6-7 May 2026 in Copenhagen if shortlisted
- Applicants must only submit original work, and any design must not be a copy of another company’s existing work. If the work was produced in collaboration with another party or individual, applicants must provide appropriate credit.
Gemma Styles
Official Programme Ambassador, Author, Podcaster and Mental Health Ambassador
Gemma Styles is a published author, award-winning podcaster, eyewear brand founder and mental health advocate with more than 14 million followers across her platforms including over 10m on Instagram alone. As the host of her award-winning podcast, Good Influence, Gemma invites discussion on topics that we should be familiar with, from mental health to sustainability and feminism. After three successful seasons, Good Influence won ‘Podcast of the Year’ at the 2022 Blogosphere Awards. In partnership with Kenmark, Gemma crafted her own brand, Gemma Styles Eyewear and has launched three successful sunglasses collections and last year, branched into optical eyewear. September 2024 saw the launch of Gemma’s debut best selling book ‘Why Am I Like This?’. Published by Penguin the book is an insightful, reassuring handbook for navigating the pressures and anxieties of modern life. Gemma is also an ambassador for MQ Mental Health research.
Laura Ingham
Deputy Director, Global Fashion Network, Vogue
Laura Ingham, Vogue's Deputy Director, Global Fashion Network, leads and informs global trends through her insightful and authoritative edit of the fashion landscape. Her impeccable taste, rooted in classicism and timeless style, resonates with and influences a dedicated and global fashion audience, reflected across international fashion weeks by her significant street style presence. Ingham joined British Vogue in 2017 working as Fashion Market Director in the Vogue Centenary year, before returning in 2019. In 2021, Laura was promoted to Deputy Director, Global Fashion Network. She held several Press and PR roles over the last twenty years working with a number of luxury brands including Alexander McQueen and Dior where she worked for over a decade.
Philip Konopik
Group Country Manager, Nordics and Baltics, Visa Europe
Philip Konopik is Group Country Manager, Nordics and Baltics, Visa Europe, responsible for leading Visa’s commercial payments and money movement strategy across the region. In this role, he drives growth and scale across Visa Commercial Solutions and Visa Direct, working closely with banks, fintechs, corporates and partners to deliver innovative, secure and efficient payment solutions that support businesses of all sizes. Philip is focused on accelerating adoption of commercial cards, embedded payments, and B2B money movement, while ensuring Visa’s propositions, platforms and partnerships are fit for the evolving needs of European markets. Prior to this role, Philip was Regional Managing Director for Visa in the Nordic & Baltics, for 5 years, where he was responsible for driving the growth and evolution of Visa’s clients and partners across the region, ensuring Visa was the preferred partner to pay and be paid in secure, efficient and frictionless ways. Philip joined Visa in 2016 as Country Manager for Ireland, forming part of the UK & Ireland leadership team, where he led market expansion, client engagement and strategic partnerships.
Shailja Dubé
Deputy Director - Institute of Positive Fashion, British Fashion Council
Shailja Dubé leads the BFC’s Institute of Positive Fashion, responsible for the strategy and delivery of the BFC's climate action commitment. Its aim is to embed climate-readiness across the industry through systems change. In her role, she develops the BFC’s industry-wide sustainability programmes which support a low carbon and circular fashion ecosystem. Prior to the BFC, Dubé was Responsible Retail Lead at Accenture UK focused on the intersection of sustainability and business, and has held strategy, innovation, and social policy roles.
Kirsty Keoghan
General Manager, European Fashion, eBay
Kirsty Keoghan is eBay’s GM of European Fashion, leading the business across the UK, Germany, France and Italy. Since joining in 2011, she has driven major initiatives including free fashion selling, the Love Island pre-loved partnership and the UK launch of Authenticity Guarantee. Recognised in Retail Week’s Future Leaders and The Tech List, Kirsty is passionate about authentic, circular fashion. A long-time eBay seller and mother of two, she champions sustainable style.
