FASHION IMPACT TOOLKIT
Discover how the textile sector can shift towards sustainable models to enhance resilience and competitiveness.
Global Fashion Agenda, in collaboration with Deloitte, presents the Fashion Impact Toolkit.
This resource includes a contextual report and an interactive, user-friendly tool designed to help textile, clothing, and footwear companies identify and manage sustainability impacts across the value chain and navigate a rapidly evolving industry landscape.
The report presents key findings from the impact inventory and offers insights on transforming these learnings into actionable strategies for sustainable impact. It also outlines the background, purpose, and framework of the resource, serving as the first step to engage with the full toolkit.
The user-friendly, interactive toolkit helps companies navigate the complex impact landscape by aligning with evolving regulatory standards, enabling smarter decisions, and integrating impact data into business strategy. It highlights key ESG issues, foster supplier collaboration for greater transparency, and drive innovation in materials and business models. A visual of the value chain—with activities, sub-activities, and material filters—will support comprehensive impact assessments.
When completed, the Fashion Impact Toolkit will outline nearly 3,000 potential impacts across value chain stages, including challenges and opportunities, to help inform leaders’ decision-making.
