The search for the winners of The Earthshot Prize 2025 has begun, and Global Fashion Agenda is proud to be an Official Nominator. The Earthshot Prize is an ambitious global prize and platform for impact that was designed to find and grow the solutions that will repair our planet this decade.

GFA and the Earthshot Prize

Under the role of Official Nominator, Global Fashion Agenda helps to identify the most innovative solutions combating Climate Change around the world. Now more than ever, we need to uplift the voices that are producing effective environmental initiatives and tangible pathways to impact.

After joining the expert cohort of Nominators in 2022, one of our nominated Innovation Forum Solution Providers now stands as a distinguished finalist for this year’s prestigious award.

We are now seeking input from our extensive sustainability network to help us find the next potential winners of the Earthshot Prize 2025.

We will be nominating individuals, communities, businesses and organisations across the world who are working on climate initiatives that achieve one of the five Earthshotsclear goals that are targeted to provide long-term benefits to our society, notably if achieved by 2030.

These Earthshots are underlined in five separate categories: Protect and Restore Nature, Clean our Air, Revive our Oceans, Build a Waste-Free World, Fix our Climate.

Submit Your Application

We welcome all individuals and groups that are developing inspiring, inclusive, and impactful climate solutions to submit their initiatives to GFA through the button below. Please submit your application by 1 November 2024.

About The Earthshot Prize

Launched in 2020, Earthshot Prize is a global environmental prize and platform for impact, dedicated to finding and growing solutions that will repair our planet this decade.

The Earthshot Prize awards one million pounds each to the 5 winners, and all 15 finalists will enter The Earthshot Fellowship Programme for a year of dedicated support. Finalists and Winners are given an incredible platform to amplify their own work, and are offered tailored support from The Earthshot Prize and their vast network of NGOs, businesses, governments, funders and expert mentors.

Important considerations to bear in mind before submitting your solution to us:

  1. Your solution should be beyond idea stage
  2. It should have been tested in-field or with target audiences
  3. It is nearing a ‘tipping point’ for scaling its impact within the next five years

For more information about what The Earthshot Prize looks for in their nominees, please read their informative Roadmap.

The Process

GFA will review all suggestions and contact those that they potentially wish to nominate. We believe that with your help we can identify the most promising solutions for a better tomorrow. After GFA submits its nominations, the solutions are screened as part of a rigorous assessment process culminating in selection of fifteen finalists and five winners by the Earthshot Prize Council.
