As fashion regulations evolve, GFA’s third annual policy masterclass during Climate Week NYC will address how brands can build long-term supply chain resilience amidst shifting regulatory and political landscapes.

Fashion’s Next Era: Restructuring Supply Chains, Logistics, and Business Models

Global fashion regulations are rapidly evolving, from U.S. state EPR mandates and bans on unsold goods destruction to Europe’s upcoming Circular Economy Act.

Marking Global Fashion Agenda’s third annual policy masterclass at New York Climate Week, this session addresses how brands can build long-term supply chain resilience amidst these shifting regulatory and political landscapes.

To set the stage, GFA’s VP of Public Affairs, María Luisa Martínez Díez, will deliver a brief presentation outlining key insights on the EU’s upcoming legislation. Following her remarks, an esteemed panel of experts will translate these global frameworks into practical action, exploring how brands can restructure business models, reverse logistics, and inventory strategies.
