1. About your donation

Global Fashion Agenda (“GFA”) is a non-profit organisation registered in Denmark.

Donations to GFA are voluntary contributions that support our work to mobilise, inspire, educate and influence the fashion industry towards a net positive future.

By making a donation, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Global Fashion Agenda (fond) is not approved under section 8 A or section 12(3) of the Danish Tax Assessment Act (ligningsloven). Donations are therefore not reported to the Danish Tax Agency (Skattestyrelsen) and do not qualify for the automatic tax deduction available for donations to approved organisations.

2. Making a donation

The donation amount selected by you will be charged using the payment method provided at the time of donation.

Payments are securely processed through our payment provider, Stripe. GFA does not have access to your full payment card details.

If you choose to pay in a currency other than EUR, our payment provider converts the amount at the rate shown at checkout, which includes a currency conversion fee.

3. Donation confirmation

After completing a donation, you will receive a donation receipt and a thank-you email at the email address provided during the donation process.

Please contact us at finance@globalfashionagenda.org if you do not receive your receipt or if you believe the information on it is incorrect.

4. Refunds and donations made in error

Donations are voluntary contributions and are not purchases of goods or services.

If you have made a donation in error, entered an incorrect amount or believe that a donation was made without your authorisation, please contact us at info@globalfashionagenda.org as soon as possible.

Please include your name, donation amount, date of donation and, where available, your donation or transaction reference. We will review the request and determine the appropriate action.

5. Proud Donor recognition

When making a donation, you may choose to have your name listed as a Proud Donor on the Global Fashion Agenda website. This is entirely optional and does not affect your ability to make a donation.

By selecting the Proud Donor option, you consent to GFA displaying your name on the Proud Donor listing on our website. Selecting this option does not guarantee that your name will be published. GFA reserves the right to determine which donors are included in the Proud Donor listing.

You may withdraw your consent and request removal of your name from the Proud Donor listing at any time by contacting info@globalfashionagenda.org.

Upon receiving your request, we will remove your name from the listing as soon as reasonably practicable.

6. Personal data and privacy

GFA processes personal data provided in connection with donations in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This may include information required to process and administer your donation, issue donation confirmations and receipts, maintain appropriate financial records, and administer Proud Donor recognition where you have provided consent.

7. Withdrawal and cancellation rights

Donations made to GFA are voluntary contributions and are not purchases of goods or services.

If you have made a donation in error, made an incorrect payment, or would like to request a refund, please contact us at info@globalfashionagenda.org. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Changes to these terms

GFA may update these Donation Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our donation process or applicable requirements.

The latest version will always be made available on this page.
