Alia Sarastita is Co-founder and CEO of The New Factory, a worker-owned upcycling co-op reducing textile waste and promoting circular fashion. With a background at UNCDF and J-PAL, she combines business and policy expertise to advance environmental, social, and economic justice in the fashion industry.

Director of Impact, Global Fashion Agenda
Christina Iskov is the Director of Impact at Global Fashion Agenda (GFA), where she has been for a decade, overseeing various teams and responsibilities. She leads the Impact Team, developing sustainability and impact programmes alongside thought leadership publications. Iskov holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Copenhagen Business School and a Master’s degree in Design Management from the Danish Design School Kolding, where she wrote her thesis on GFA’s position in the fashion industry.
National Coordinator, UNEP InTex Indonesia
Diah Ratna Pratiwi is the National Coordinator for UNEP InTex Indonesia. In more than 14 years in sustainable development and international cooperation, Pratiwi has worked with international organization, higher education institutions and NGO. She has served at UNDP as the National Coordinator, working with policy for green and circular economy.
Director, Lakumas
Erick Halim joined Lakumas in 2008 and is now Managing Director. Under his leadership, Lakumas enlarged its broad network of customers to include traditional handweavers from North Sumatra to the East Nusa Tenggara, textile factories in West and Central Java, while maintaining export presence to its base customers in Korea and Japan.
Impact Programme Coordinator, Global Fashion Agenda
Francesca Girelli is the Impact Programme Operations Coordinator at Global Fashion Agenda. She holds a Bachelor in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University and a double degree with an MSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and a CEMS Master in Management. Girelli has gained international experience by studying in Italy, Denmark, Canada and Singapore. Her interest in pursuing a sustainability career is the reason she moved to Copenhagen, where she previously worked in business development at Avista Green, fostering circularity in the oil industry. In her master thesis she researched about the barriers to commercialization for sustainable textile startups in apparel, which deepened her interest in contributing to sustainability in the fashion sector. At GFA Girelli supports in development and coordination of impact programmes such as the Circular Fashion Partnerships (CFP)

Jemmy Kartiwa is the Chairman of the Indonesian Textile Association. He serves as the President Director of PT Silver Kris and PT Dhanar Mas Concern, bringing decades of experience in the textile manufacturing industry. Kartiwa held key leadership roles in APINDO Bandung and API West Java. He advocates for the growth and competitiveness of Indonesia’s textile sector.
