On the occasion of the OECD Forum on Due Diligence in the Garment and Footwear Sector, Global Fashion Agenda are pleased to host a 90-minute executive, closed-door roundtable on Pay Equity and Living Wages in European fashion value chains.

Building on the momentum of the 2025 OECD executive roundtable, this session will present new joint research from GFA and PwC, with a specific focus on Türkiye. Insights from the forthcoming report Unpacking Pay Equity in Fashion Supply Chains: Türkiye will frame the discussion, alongside reflections on how brands can move from compliance to impact through collective action.
The roundtable will convene senior representatives from fashion brands and industry associations to enable an open exchange on shared challenges, emerging practices, and priorities for advancing pay equity across European supply chains.
