Kno Global’s approach starts with building relationships with workers. We convert real-time data into actionable targets for factory managers to improve upon. Brands get visibility into supplier performance and improve operational efficiency.
Customers include Marks and Spencers, Target, Decathlon and Orange. With the goal of reaching 10m workers and establishing a new standard for industry. For example, with a factory of 1,000 workers in India, Kno was able to reach 75% weekly engagement during COVID-19. Including 2,482 comments and 1011 photos. This resulted in 4 improvement areas being addressed.
Our Founder and CEO Marianne started the business as a regular consumer moved by a Bangladesh factory collapse, and resulted in her moving to China to work in a factory. Our solution is built with workers.
