Kno Global’s approach starts by building community with factory workers. Once workers feel heard, we convert real-time data into actionable targets for factory managers to improve upon. This helps keep workers satisfied and more willing to stay at the factory for longer, so the factory can reduce turnover costs and boost productivity.
KNO is used by brands like Amazon, Target, Decathlon and Orange, to track human sustainability risks across their supply chain. KNO’s vision is to humanise the supply chain and reach 50m workers globally.
Our Founder and CEO Marianne started the business as a regular consumer moved by a Bangladesh factory collapse, and resulted in her moving to China to work in a factory.
